Reservations of 3 nights or less require total payment at booking.
Reservations of 4 or more days require a 50% Deposit at booking.
100% Due 14 Days before your stay begins.

Late Payment Policy:
Balance not paid 2 weeks in advance of arrival: $15 Charge
Balance not paid before departure: $35 Charge
Balance not paid for 30 days after departure: $35 a month until balance is paid
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations.
If we receive more than a 14 day notice of cancellation, then there is only a $25 cancellation fee.
If we receive less than a 14 day notice of cancellation, then there a $50 cancellation fee plus any nightly fees that the room cannot be re-rented.
IF YOU ARRIVE LATE OR LEAVE EARLY, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR RESERVATION UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT YOUR ROOM(S).
Occupancy:
Maximum of 2 Adults per room. A 50% Surcharge applies for each additional adult. Adult children in a room with their family are exempt from the surcharge.
A cot can be added to several larger rooms. Rates vary so please ask when making your reservation.
Daily housekeeping included in room rate.
Check In: 3:00 PM
Late Check In: 8:00 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made for a late arrival.
